INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold CFC, its agents, officers, and employees harmless for any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) which arise out of, are connected with or directly relate to your wrongful or unlawful use of CFC's web sites, or any breach of any representation or warranty made by you in this Agreement.

THE RIGHT TO USE FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

CFC wants your voluntary feedback and suggestions related to its web sites and services so that they can be continually improved to better serve you and other customers. When you submit feedback and suggestions, please understand that CFC needs to have full rights to use your feedback and suggestions without any encumbrances. GENERAL

This User Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Saint Lucie County, Florida, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of any CFC web site or service. If any part of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this User Agreement shall continue in effect. This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CFC with respect to any CFC web site or CFC service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written between you and CFC with respect to any CFC web site or service.

You, the Customer, are responsible for signing the FAFSA Signature page, and mailing it to the appropriate government address. Failure to submit a completed FAFSA signature page to the government will result in the FAFSA application not being processed.
